• Begin with a powerful introduction that will grab people’s attention just like the headline in a sales letter. This can make the difference between someone reading your release or leaving it.
• Make the body of the Press Release specific and easy to understand and avoid complicated words and jargon. Explain everything that is happening as part of this event or explain the features of your product or service.
• Give a detailed call to action: Tell people where to click and exactly where to look and give them the URL link.
• Finally, include some contact information at the end of the release.
If you follow these steps, you will have a well-written, compelling and interesting Press Release that will get attention from your target customers. It will build credibility and authority in your marketplace and will drive a huge volume of visitors to your website. This will, in turn, increase your search engine ranking.
